Resolved Question: Buying Black ops Map pack?

Okay, SO i have a problem with buying my black ops map pack. I moved to The dutch antilles 2 years ago, and I will be going back in 4 months. I just bought some microsoft points on the internet and i wanted to buy the rezurrection map pack with it. But it said something about not able to download it in your location. On google i read something about immigrating your account or something. I had to delete everything like updates and save files. And I should download it again after that. But, if im going back after 4 months, and I need to do the immigrating thing again, will i loose the map pack then. What should i Do???
